"I [name], of [address], hereby give, devise, and bequeath to Fuller Theological Seminary, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Federal Tax ID# 95-1699394, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] to further the objectives and purposes of the Seminary."

1. Include a gift to Fuller in your will or living trust
